Premium Services Policy

Effective Date: October 28, 2025

This Premium Services Policy governs the terms of use, payment, and activation for all paid features, including Membership Tiers (Silver and Gold) and promotional listing services (e.g., “Featured” tags and Campaign Impression Credits) offered by AlPrice (“the Platform,” “we,” or “us”), a brand and product of Mukunda Software Inc.

This Policy is incorporated into, and should be read in conjunction with, the main AlPrice Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. Overview of Membership Tiers and Services

Paid Services include the Silver and Gold Membership Tiers and the purchase of Campaign Impression Credits.

2. Manual Payment and Service Activation Process

The Platform does not utilize an automated payment gateway. All payments for Premium Services are handled manually by the user and verified by Mukunda Software Inc.

2.1 Plan Upgrade Request

A registered supplier may initiate an upgrade from their current tier (Basic or Silver) to a higher tier, or request the purchase of Campaign Impression Credits, through their account dashboard.

2.2 Payment Initiation and Execution

  1. Platform Notification: Upon request, the Platform generates a manual payment instruction notification for Mukunda Software Inc.
  2. Payment Request Sent to User: We will manually send the user a Payment link and/or GPay/UPI QR Code corresponding to the selected membership fee or credit package price.
  3. User Payment Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for executing the payment via the provided instructions (e.g., GPay, UPI, or direct bank transfer) promptly.

2.3 Activation and Term

  • Activation Delay: Membership and credits will only be activated after Mukunda Software Inc. has electronically received and manually verified the full amount paid. This process may involve a delay between the time you initiate the payment and the service activation time.
  • Membership Term: Upon verification of payment for Silver or Gold tiers, the account validation term (e.g., one (1) year) is added to the account.
  • Campaign Credits: Purchased Campaign Impression Credits are applied to the account upon payment verification.

3. Campaign Impression Credits

3.1 Purchase and Consumption

  • Credit Packages: Users must purchase packages of Impression Credits to run promotional campaigns (e.g., “Featured” tags, banner placements).
  • Consumption: Credits are consumed based on the campaign’s performance (e.g., number of times a listing is displayed as “Featured”) and the rate specified for the selected plan and campaign type.
  • Balance: Campaign credit balances can be monitored in the user’s account. Campaigns will cease or become inactive once the credit balance is fully consumed.

3.2 Product and Campaign Control

Users retain the ability to manually enable or disable both individual product listings and active campaigns at any time via the account interface. Disabling a campaign will pause credit consumption.

4. Disclaimers and No Guarantee

4.1 No Guarantee of Results

Payment for any Premium Service (Membership or Credits) is for visibility and feature access only. We do not warrant, represent, or guarantee that any premium service will result in a specific number of inquiries, leads, sales, or business outcomes.

4.2 No Endorsement

A paid membership or “Featured” listing does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or quality guarantee of your company, products, or price claims by AlPrice or Mukunda Software Inc.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Strictly Enforced)

5.1 General Policy: Non-Refundable

Due to the digital nature of the services, the manual payment verification, and the immediate deployment of visibility and features, all fees paid for Memberships and Campaign Impression Credits are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial usage, changes in business conditions, or early cancellation within a paid term. The purchase of a Premium Service is final.

5.2 Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy

Refunds or account credit will only be considered under the following limited circumstances. All requests must be made via email to [email protected] within ten (10) days of the transaction date.

  1. Duplicate Payment Error: If a user can provide clear, verifiable bank documentation proving that they executed two identical and successful payments for the exact same service (e.g., paid twice for the same annual Gold Membership) due to a technical error. In such cases, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  2. Service Non-Delivery: If Mukunda Software Inc. fails to activate the purchased membership or apply the purchased campaign credits within seven (7) business days of confirming receipt of the correct payment AND the user has not yet accessed or utilized any feature of the purchased Premium Service. If the service has been used, no refund will be issued.

5.3 Account Termination

If your account is suspended or permanently terminated due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use (e.g., fraudulent activity), any remaining paid term or unused campaign credits will be forfeited without refund or credit.

5.4 Handling Payment Processing Errors

If a payment is received but Mukunda Software Inc. cannot match it to an existing service request or if the payment amount is incorrect (overpayment/underpayment):

  • We will attempt to contact the user using the registered contact information.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved within sixty (60) days, the received funds may be converted into non-expiring, non-refundable account credit that can be manually applied to future purchases, or returned via bank transfer, at our discretion.

5.5 Basic Trial Period

The 90-day Basic Plan trial period is offered once per verified entity. Upon the expiration of the trial period, if the user has not purchased a Silver or Gold membership, the account will revert to the minimal functionality defined by the Standard Basic Plan (if offered), or may be subject to suspension or termination, at our discretion, without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Delhi or New Delhi, India.
