A Guide for Traders and Suppliers on Data Responsibility

This document outlines the operational and compliance standards for all Suppliers and Traders (“Users” or “you”) listing products and price data on the AlPrice Platform. Your continued use of the listing service confirms your acceptance of full responsibility for your listed information and campaign outcomes.
1. Principle of User Responsibility
As a registered Supplier, you are in complete control of your data, products, prices, and campaign activities.
1.1 Ownership and Risk
You acknowledge that the data you post is a direct representation of your business offerings. You, and not AlPrice (Mukunda Software Inc.), assume all liability, profit, or loss arising from:
- The accuracy or inaccuracy of the data you publish.
- Any price discrepancy or market fluctuations following publication.
- Any transaction, dispute, or negotiation resulting from buyer inquiries generated through your listings.
1.2 No Guarantee of Outcome
AlPrice provides visibility and a connection channel. We do not guarantee that publishing a price or running a campaign will result in sales, profitable trade, or a specific number of inquiries.
2. Content and Price Data Integrity
To maintain the transparency and trustworthiness of the Platform, you must adhere to the following standards for all published content:
2.1 Accuracy and Veracity (Mandatory)
- Pricing: All prices posted must be genuine, indicative reference rates reflecting your actual current market offerings, exclusive of final taxes or delivery charges unless explicitly stated in the listing description.
- Product Details: Product specifications, material grades, stock status, and minimum order quantities (MOQ) must be factually correct and current.
- Currency: All prices must be clearly marked with the correct currency and unit (e.g., ₹ / Kg, ₹ / MT).
2.2 Timeliness and Updates
- Required Maintenance: It is your sole responsibility to actively monitor and update your prices immediately if they change in the market.
- Disabling Listings: If a product is out of stock, temporarily unavailable, or if its price is highly volatile, you must immediately disable the product listing in your account dashboard.
2.3 Prohibition of Manipulation
You are strictly prohibited from posting price data that is misleading, fraudulent, deliberately manipulated, excessively inflated/deflated, or designed purely to spam or disrupt the market. Violations will result in immediate suspension and termination of your account (refer to the Terms and Conditions).
3. Account and Campaign Management
3.1 Product Management Controls
You have the full ability and responsibility to use the following controls within your account:
- Enable/Disable Product: Activate or temporarily hide individual product listings.
- Edit Details: Update prices, specifications, and descriptions as needed.
3.2 Campaign Management and Credits
- Credit Usage: You are responsible for monitoring your Campaign Impression Credit balance. Credits will be consumed according to the active campaign type and your membership tier.
- Campaign Control: You must actively use the controls to pause or disable any promotional campaign (e.g., “Featured” tags) when you no longer wish to expend credits or promote the product. AlPrice is not responsible for credits consumed on campaigns that you failed to disable.
- Campaign Errors: In case of a suspected technical error in credit consumption, you must notify AlPrice immediately via email.
4. Indemnification and Acknowledgment
By creating and maintaining listings on the AlPrice Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal authority to sell the products listed and to publish the associated price information.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlPrice (Mukunda Software Inc.) from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses (including legal costs) resulting from the inaccuracy or legality of your listed data or any trade dispute arising from it.
Your use of the AlPrice listing service constitutes your binding agreement to these Price Sharing Guidelines.
